Shipping Policy
Lull is operated by Intertil d.o.o., a company based in Slovenia.
All US orders ship from our US fulfillment partner — not from
Slovenia — so US delivery times are unaffected by international
freight.
United States
- Free expedited shipping on all US orders. No minimum.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase.
- Delivery typically arrives within *7–14 business days of
shipment, depending on destination and carrier.
International (outside the US)
- International shipping is available to most countries at
checkout.
- Shipping fees and timing are calculated by destination and
shown before purchase.
- International delivery typically takes 14–28 business days
depending on destination and customs.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the
destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Track your order
Track your shipment any time on our [order tracking page](/pages/track-order).
You'll also receive a tracking number by email once your order
has shipped.
Failed delivery
If a shipment is returned as undeliverable (incorrect address,
refused, etc.), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees apply for reshipment to a corrected
address.
Lost or stolen shipments
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have
not received it:
1. Check with neighbors and other household members
2. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
3. Contact us at support@lull.com — we will work with you to
resolve the situation
Lull is not liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Disputes over carrier-marked deliveries are subject to the
carrier's investigation process.
Order changes
Contact us within 1 hour of placing an order at
support@rederalabs.com. After that, the order may already be in
fulfillment and changes may not be possible.
