Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our
discretion. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it in
marketing, on our website, and in any other context.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intertil d.o.o. is not
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of our products or website.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of
Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products
will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of
Maribor, Republic of Slovenia. By placing an order, you
consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder
will remain in effect.
