REFUND POLICY
We want you to have a positive experience with Redera™. Because we believe in the restorative power of our technology, we offer a 60-Day Mobility Challenge. If you do not see a visible improvement in your dog's comfort or mobility within 60 days, you may request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund under our mobility guarantee:

The request must be made within 60 days of receiving your device.

The item must be in its original condition and include all original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Certain items cannot be returned:

Items damaged through misuse or neglect.

Final-sale items or promotional bundles clearly marked as non-refundable.

Gift cards.
How to Request a Return
Email our support team at support@redera.co with the following:

Your Order Number.

A brief description of your dog's experience (to help us improve our mobility protocols).

Photos if the item is believed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
We will provide a return authorization and specific shipping instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Redera™ pad arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement or full refund once the defect is verified.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
To exchange a device (for example, if you prefer a different size or model), return your current item following the instructions above and place a new order on our website.
