Refund Policy

60-night home trial — conditional

You may request a refund within 60 nights of the original
delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Refund eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must apply:

- The refund request is submitted within 60 nights of delivery
- The device is in resaleable condition — original packaging,
  no excessive cosmetic wear, all original accessories included
  (USB-C cable, gel tube, travel case, quick-start card)
- You have your original order number and proof of purchase
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  from our support team before shipping anything back
- The return is shipped to our designated US return address
  within 5 business days of RMA approval, using a tracked carrier

What is NOT eligible for refund

- Devices showing visible damage, scuffs, or wear beyond
  reasonable trial use
- Devices missing any included accessory (cable, gel, case,
  quick-start card, packaging)
- Devices returned after the 60-night window
- Refund requests submitted without RMA approval
- Devices returned without tracking or proof of delivery
- Devices shipped to any address other than the RMA-assigned
  return address
- Items marked as final sale at the point of purchase
- Wholesale, bulk, or B2B orders (subject to separate terms)
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, water exposure, or
  unauthorized modification

Bundle orders

Refund requires all devices and all bundle items (including free
gifts such as silk sleep mask or roll-on) to be returned together
in original packaging. Partial bundle refunds are not available.
If any bundle component is missing or damaged, the bundle is not
eligible for refund.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including
tracking and insurance. Returns must be sent to the US return
address we provide on RMA approval — not to our company
headquarters in Slovenia. Returns sent to any other address will
not be processed.

Restocking fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to any opened or used returns
to cover inspection, cleaning, and resale handling. Unopened
returns are exempt from the restocking fee.

Refund process

1. Email support@rederalabs.com with your order number, the words
   "refund request" in the subject line, and a brief reason
2. Our team will reply within 2 business days with RMA approval
   and the US return address (or with questions / next steps)
3. Ship the return using a tracked carrier within 5 business days
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are
   processed within 10 business days
5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Damaged or defective devices

- Report within 7 days of delivery for shipping damage
- Provide photo and video evidence
- Default remedy is replacement, not refund
- Lifetime device warranty applies separately (see Warranty
  Information)

Beyond the 60-night window

After 60 nights from delivery, the sale is final. We are unable
to issue refunds outside the trial window for any reason.
